Andrew McFadyen-Ketchum

Fight or Flight tells the story of Andrew McFadyen-Ketchum's journey through trauma and healing. After his divorce, he embarked on a solo trip across the wilds of America, living in a tent on the California coast, getting intentionally lost in the Utah desert, and tracking wild animals in the bitter cold of Indiana winters. This journey was his way of processing his pain and finding a new sense of purpose. Along the way, he met his indigenous wife and her three children, who became his new family. This was the greatest discovery of all, and it gave him a new sense of hope and belonging.
