Blue Andrews went from food stamps to a million dollars, but his unhealthy coping mechanisms caught up to him. He felt inadequate and isolated, and he eventually attempted suicide. After waking up in the psych unit with fourteen stitches on his wrists, Andrews made the decision to get help. He began a journey of healing and self-discovery, and he eventually found health, contentment, and happiness. In his book "Choosing Life," Andrews shares his story with an open heart. He describes what it's like to feel like you have it all but still be depressed. He also shares the steps he took to get better, and the amazing feelings that come with being well.
