Megan is a teenage girl who lost her mother and her passion for drawing. She moves with her father to a new city, where she meets Shawn, a boy who is also struggling with his own demons. Shawn is keeping a dark secret, and Megan is determined to help him. As Megan gets to know Shawn, she begins to realize that she is not alone in her pain. They both have lost something important, and they are both trying to find their way in the world. Together, they learn to heal and to find hope. This story is about the power of connection and the importance of finding your place in the world. It is a reminder that we are all here for a reason, and that nothing happens by accident.. Touch depicts abuses that may be difficult for some readers and is recommended for a mature audience.
